SecureDELTA Project Variables are storage elements...
...whose values may change from a SecureDELTA Project to another. Hence the 'variable' name.
Some Variables have values that do not change from LOCAL to TARGET Machines, such as SecureSFX Variables. See here
%APP_FOLDER% variable represents the installation folder location of the main application. The main application on the Local Machine is SecureDELTA and on the Target Machine is the application that receives the SecureUPDATE file.
All the other variables remain unchanged between Local and Target Machine(s).
